ScapeGoat Schools

Scapegoat Feedback

I really enjoyed the workshops. It was good to find out that loads of other people had the same problems and worries as me
Marcia, age 9, Orpington.

The workshops really challenged the students to see themselves and the world around them in a new light and a different way. Very good indeed!!
Mrs L Denbigh, Principal, Stagecoach Theatre Arts.

I didn’t realise I was an angry person and was taking it out on my whole family, till we did the play
Paul, Parent, Birkenhead.

I left feeling really good about myself and much more confident about talking to my mum about stuff that had been bothering me for ages
Ben, aged 13, Kent.

It made me think about my life and some of the bad decisions I’ve made in the past. I don’t want to go down that road again. Thanks!!
Becky, aged 16, Essex.

The workshop was really fun and it’s interesting to perform real life stuff
James, aged 11, Dartford.

The teachers were so friendly and they understood exactly what I was going through.”
Zoe, aged 15, Sevenoaks.

Of all the workshops I’ve been to, this one is the best. It makes you think about who you are and how you act.
Kirsty, aged 14, Maidstone.

Dear Toni

Re: Scapegoat Schools: Summer Workshops

I am just writing to express my extreme delight at how you have run your Summer Workshops. I have never known my son to be so excited, happy and dedicated to such a project. It was wonderful seeing both girls and boys interacting so well together in a positive way.

My son, (Like most other young boys) spends most of his free time glued to the computer/TV and to know that the majority of his school holidays were spent doing something so creative and worthwhile has been a reward in itself.

Your enthusiasm, professional skills and downright dedication to the children has been wonderful. I truly hope you will be running these workshops in our area again next Summer- It will be a tragedy if not!!

Once again, thank you for making the school holidays not just bearable (On the parents part!!), but amazing for the children.

Wishing you and Scapegoat Schools every success for the future.

Kind regards

Mrs S. Farrant

Parent, Summer Workshops 2003
